We are looking for a DATA CENTER OPERATIONS Executive to join us for our Singapore Operations. This position is based at the client site. The following details the profile we are looking for :
Data Center Operations Executive

Responsibilities:
Collect, collate and submit all required information for the relocation planning
Work closely with the project team, vendor and operations team providing all assistance and support.
Develop and document operational procedures.
Review and provide feedbacks on project plans and schedules
This is an office hour job. However, he/she must be flexible and willing to work in a fast changing environment including weekends and Public holiday.
Willing to travel to Malaysia on occassional basis.
Review and ensure standardization of Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) received from various IT sections.
Internal co-ordination and arrangement of take-over of new tasks, procedures to be signed off.
Assist the Manager in planning and scheduling of resources.
Attend to day to day operational and users’ issues and investigation for root cause.
Monitors for compliance in procedures implemented.
Identify areas of improvement and ensure corrective or preventive actions are put in place.
Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
Contract position available.
Possess good oral and written communication skill
Proficient in MS office and project.
Experience in Data Centre relocation or consolidation will be advantageous.
