PT. Kreatif Solusi provides IT solutions and consulting services. For its Jakarta office, it urgently requires several IT staffs in support role.
To Provide both server and desktop support to company and its clients
Requirements/Qualification:
a. Microsoft Qualification (Highly desirable)
b. Strong trouble-shooting skills (level 1; level 2 support)
c. Experience in supporting Windows 2003/XP/Vista
d. Experience in supporting MS Office Application
e. Experience in Desktop Network Configuration and Communication
f. Experience in supporting remote users
g. Experience in Administering Exchange 2003
h. Knowledgeable with server 2003 builds, and network protocols
i. Good English speaking
j. Excellent analytical and client communication skills
k. Able to perform Desktop/ laptop installs and rebuilds
l. Experience in Active Directory management
m. Installation and support of other peripheral devices (scanners printers etc)
n. Experience in Data backup and recovery procedures
o. Experience 3 years + experience in a similar support role.
